Queen City is positioned in northeastern Cass County at 33 9 11 N 94 9 19 W (33.153186, -94.155343). It is bordered to the south by the town/city of Atlanta.
Route 59 passes through Queen City, dominant north 22 miles (35 km) to Texarkana and south into Atlanta.
According to the United States Enumeration Bureau, Queen City has a total region of 3.6 square miles (9.2 km2), of which 0.02 square miles (0.05 km2), or 0.56%, is water. As of the census of 2000, there were 1,613 citizens , 660 homeholds, and 440 families residing in the city.
