Linden is positioned south of the center of Cass County at 33 0 29 N 94 21 52 W (33.008026, -94.364328). U.S.
Route 59 passes through the east side of the city, dominant northeast 14 miles (23 km) to Atlanta and south 18 miles (29 km) to Jefferson.
According to the United States Enumeration Bureau, the town/city has a total region of 3.5 square miles (9.1 km2), all of it land. As of the census of 2010, there were 1,988 citizens , 940 homeholds, and 579 families residing in the city.
